The number of participants is limited. The limit of participants for each day is different, according to the activities.
Below you can find all the details:
18th of September – Soft skills trainings: limited places (max 55 participants)
19th and 20th of September – Roundtables: limited places (we will define the limit later when we have the companies, but we will keep this written)
21st of September – Business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-students (B2S) meetings: max 30 participants from 9:00 to 19:00 CEST.
The event will be held online. From the first to the third day, the platform used will be GatherTown, while for B2B and B2S meetings the matching platform will be directly on the website. More information about the connections and work of these platforms will be announced some days prior to the beginning of the event.
3. Application rules
To apply as participant of the event, you must fill the form by clicking in the button below.

The applications are processed as “first-come first-served.” To promote diversity, during the acceptance procedure, different rounds will be performed. This means that during the 1st round, the first student from each university will be accepted. During the 2nd round, the second of each university will be accepted. This will be repeated until all the places are occupied.
These rounds will be done every two (2) weeks since the opening of the applications.
The places cannot be transferred to another student.

4. Payment and cancellation rules
The participation fee is as follows:
- 10 € per day if applying to spare days of the event
- 30 € for the whole event
If you are a EUROAVIA member, which means an associate of a EUROAVIA Local Group, or a Rospin member and you attend to the days of the event you have applied to, you will be reimbursed half of the paid fee.
4.1. Early bird promotion:
If you apply before the 31st of July, the tickets will be at a 50% price of the initial amount.
If you apply between the 1st and the 15th of August, the tickets will be at a 75% price of the initial amount.
After the 15th of August, the full price is to be paid.

Payments may be done using one of the following methods:
- Bank transfer
The deadline for the payments is two (2) weeks after the confirmation mail from the organization is received. If after this period no proof of the payment is received (at least the receipt), the application of the participant will be cancelled.
If the payment is not processed and the two (2) weeks have passed, the participation will be cancelled.
If no answer to this email is received within two (2) weeks, please resend the message.
No refunds will be done after the payment is received.
NOTE: the payment will be effective once the IB responsible confirms its reception. All commissions derived from the transfer must be covered by the participant.
If you are a EUROAVIA or Rospin member, your membership status will be checked.
