Future and Beyond 2023 Edition

The 2023 Edition took place from the 18th to the 21st of September. During the event students and companies of the aerospace world could come together to get to know each other and exchange ideas.
The event’s schedule was:

 

 

Day 1 – Soft Skills Trainings

Focused on the students future, these trainings shall lead students to have a more successful job interview and improve their CV, among others. The trainings were delivered by the EUROAVIA Training System and external trainers from companies and other organizations.

 

 

Day 2, 3 & 4 – Roundtables and B2B & B2S Meetings 

During roundtables, students and companies were both able to contact directly with each other. By participating in this activity, you could improve your network, talk with another company’s representative, share ideas, and take advantage of a presentation and a Q&A session.

 

In B2B and B2S meetings, there were meetings held between companies (Business to Business). There, companies could share their projects and work, improve their network, discover other interesting projects, and find endless collaboration and partnership possibilities

Participants also had the possibility of joining other 1-to-1 meetings, this time between students and companies’ representatives (Business to Student). It is a great opportunity to discuss with young people with fresh ideas, teach the company’s goals and explain the possibilities inside the job market.

T-C-Alliance

The T-C-Alliance is a collaboration of aviation training and consultancy organisations and subject matter experts that started during COVID as a way of sharing resources and knowledge between service providers. Currently at over 70 organisations and over 200 subject matter experts, the T-C-Alliance are involved with a number of projects, mainly focused on continuous learning, aviation safety, organisational development and employee wellbeing. Recently we have been working closely with EASA, the European Commission DG-MOVE and the EtF on projects related to NGAP and skills shortages within the industry. Although a for-profit, organisation, the T-C-Alliance is also a dedicated social enterprise,  with at least 10% of all profits being used for charitable goods within the aviation domain, primarily for the development of personnel.
