Applications and Cancellation rules

1. Participants

The number of participants is limited. The limit of participants for each day is different, according to the activities.

Below you can find all the details:

  • 24th of June – Soft skills trainings: limited to 60 participants.
  • 25th and 26th of June – Roundtables: limited to XX participants.
  • 27st of June – Business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-students (B2S) meetings: max XX participants.

2. Platforms

The event will be held online. From the first to the third day, the platform used will be GatherTown, while for B2B and B2S meetings the matching platform will be directly on the website. More information about the connections and work of these platforms will be announced some days prior to the beginning of the event.

3. Application rules

To apply as participant of the event, you must fill the form by clicking in the button above.

The applications are processed as “first-come first-served.” To promote diversity, priority will be given to the first two (2) members of each (P)AS.

4. Payment and cancellation rules (Is this still a thing?)

4.1. Early bird promotion:

If you apply before the 29st of April, the tickets will be at a 50% price of the initial amount. After that date, the full price has to be paid.

4.2. Payment

Payments may be done using one of the following methods:

 

  • Revolut
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

The deadline for the payments is two (2) weeks after the confirmation mail from the organization is received. If after this period no proof of the payment is received (at least the receipt), the application of the participant will be cancelled.  

 

If the payment is not processed and the two (2) weeks have passed, the participation will be cancelled. 

The participants must send the receipt of the payment to future.beyond@euroavia.eu putting in copy amanda.roman@euroavia.eu.

If no answer to this email is received within two (2) weeks, please resend the message. 

 

NOTE: the payment will be effective once the IB responsible confirms its reception. All commissions derived from the transfer must be covered by the participant.

4.3. Cancellation rules

In case that a member has been confirmed by the organizing committee to participate in the Future & Beyond 2024, but, for any reason, is unable to participate in the event, there is an option of cancelling the participation. 

In order to do so, the member will have to send an email to (WHO) stating the reason for the cancellation and the participation fee will be partially/fully paid, based on the following criteria:

28/05/2024 at 00:00 UTC – 10/06/2024 at 23:59 UTC 

50% (10€ or 15€) 

From 11/06/2024 at 00:00 UTC 

100% (20€ or 30€) 

 

If the member cancels his/her participation, the respective Local Group or WG is responsible for transferring the cancellation fee to the event organisers, under the condition that his/her place cannot be filled by someone else on the waiting list.  

Participants on the waiting list that are admitted due to cancellation will have the possibility to cancel within one (1) week from receiving the acceptance email without paying a cancellation fee. 

After this week, the cancellation fee will be according to the periods listed above. 

5. Registration

If you are a EUROAVIA or Rospin member, your membership status will be checked.
